FAQ:

Q: Do you move furniture?
A: We are paid to clean the carpets not to move furniture – therefore to save time and allow us to complete the clean efficiently we ask that any items of furniture that require moving are removed prior to our arrival.
Q: Is stain removal included in a carpet clean?
A: There are lots of factors that affect the process of stain removal, what is the stain? How long has the stain been there? Have you already tried home remedies to remove the stain? Etc. The more information you can give us the easier it is for us to treat the stain. With all carpet cleans we included 30 minutes FREE stain removal treatment. We will discuss with you prior to commencing the clean if further stain treatment is required we charge this at an hourly rate.
